Fundamentals
- Your legs are way stronger than your arms, rely on this!
- Trust your feet
- When declined, try to be as stretched as you can, this will put your belly next to the wall.
- If you're making a move with your left hand, your best points of support will be your right hand and left foot, so make sure you have weight on your left foot.
- The best direction to pull a hold, is perpendicular to the best position of the hold
- When smearing, try to bring your ankle down so you have more surface of friction with the wall
- Try to use momentum from the hips, this avoids locking with arms (which is energy consuming)
- Most of the time, you want to reach your destination on the dead point(when you stop going upwards, and you'll start going down) in the trajectory
- Our hips should go towards and close to the wall
- This also helps with pogos, as the leg should help the hip get closer to the wall
