Backflip
- Try looking straight as much as you can
- Jump explosively upwards and tuck
- Use your arms
- When doing it in land, make sure you jump upwards, not backwards
- Tuck as much as you can
- This will increase the rotation speed

- High Jump Swinging your arms
- Swinging arms should give you more height
- Tucking explosively and fully tucking
- Start by laying on the floor and try to tuck as fast as you can, you can roll a bit

Gainer
- In order to do a gainer, you need to have a good backflip, this means:
- You properly use your arms
- Do not whip your head backwards
- This will make you travel backwards (the opposite of what you want)
- Pretty much like a backflip but instead of throwing your hip upwards, you throw hip and chest forward
